Shipping Policy
Standard postage is free for all orders to the UK mainland over £25, although you can choose to pay for an expedited service. Our website contains no “hidden extras” and all prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment will be taken in full, in advance. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am UK time Monday to Friday the same day. Orders placed after 11am UK time on Friday or throughout Saturday and Sunday will normally be dispatched on the following working day. We will email you when your goods have been dispatched. We normally dispatch by Royal Mail 48, with an expected delivery window of 5-7 working days in the UK.
